role in new horror movie THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE: THE BEGINNING,
because Diora Baird wasn't cast as a stereotypical stripper.The curvy
blonde, 23, plays sexy BAILEY in the new blockbuster, grew tired of
portraying adult entertainers on film, and hopes this role will prove to
casting directors Diora Baird is talented as well as beautiful.
Diora Baird says, "Most of the time you're playing the crazy girl or the
stripper - always the stripper! I mean, how many strippers can I play?"
But Diora Baird does concede, "I can do a lap dance phenomenally, and
that's not a good sign, because I'm not a stripper."

has decided never to make another horror movie, after shooting THE TEXAS
CHAINSAW MASSACRE: THE BEGINNING left her frightened for "a long time".
The 23-year-old star Diora Baird plans on distancing herself from her
breakthrough role as BAILEY in the scary prequel - even though Diora
Baird is currently inundated with horror film scripts.
Diora Baird says, "I don't want to be in that genre. I've now been
offered quite a few horror movies, but I don't want to do any more of
that. Texas Chainsaw will be my first and last, you can mark my word on
that. "I'm not a big fan of scary movies because they scare me. Plus,
it's a lot harder than you'd imagine. It's a lot of emotional distress
and work that I don't ever want to have to go through again. "I had a
hard time breaking out of that character because everything was so
realistic that I kind of got lost in it. I was scared for a long time. I
had to go to very dark places."
